Poratta -2 big
Green chilli -4-5
Non veg or Veg Masala gravy
Coriander leaves -
Cut Poratta into fine pieces and keep aside .
Heat oil and add onion ,green chilli and curryleaves .saute for 2 minutes .
Then add tomato and saute for another 2 minutes .
Now add poratta pieces and mix well ..
Now add egg and mix .. Add salt and mix well ..
Now add gravy and mix ..
Add pepper powder and saute for 5 minutes ..
Finally add few more onion ,tomato if u want ..
Add coriander leaves ..
Transfer this to a big plate ..
Take a steel glass and chop parotta with the sharp edge of the glass ..
So the tasty kothu parotta
is ready to serve .. serve hot
This serves for 2 ..
Can serve with raita and lemon wedges ..
